We have absolute right to refuse acceptance of any Order.

Customer Obligations

By submitting your Order you warrant, represent and undertake:

 

a. that you are aged 16 or over

b. to supply any details we may request to verify that you are eligible to purchase the products; and

c. you are providing correct details to www.lucelitemalta.com for the purposes of purchasing Goods from our Site. Your debit or credit belongs to you, and there are adequate funds available to pay for the Goods you are ordering.

Making a Purchase

The price and description of the Goods you Order will be as published on the Site when your Order is placed.

 

It is simple to make a purchase on the Site. Browse the product range, and then any items you may wish to purchase must be added to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout process and you will need to provide a few details so we can complete your Order.

 

We only accept payments via Paypal.

 

Using contact details available on our Site, we are able to receive Orders via the Site itself or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our sole discretion. You will receive an acknowledgement of any orders you place. We will acknowledge receipt of any order you place by an appropriate method, via email for orders via the Site or verbally for telephone orders. Telephone Orders are acknowledged when you place the Order and from then, a contract of sale exists between you and www.lucelitemalta.com.

 

When confirmation of an Order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your Order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Only when you receive an invoice from us, and we dispatch your order to you, will a contract exist between us.

 

We try to ensure that all prices listed on our website are correct, but we reserve the right to change prices and to not accept any order where prices are quoted by mistake.

Payment

You can pay for the Goods and the delivery costs using any payment method shown on our Site when your Order is placed. We remain entitled to terminate the contract if payment for your Order is not received before the delivery date for the Order. There will be no delivery of any Goods until cleared funds are received.

Limitations of Supply

www.lucelitemalta.com will endeavour to make sure that all Orders are satisfied, however it is impossible to guarantee that all items will be available at all times. If the Goods you have ordered are not available, we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. If we receive no direction from you, we may provide replacement

Goods of a corresponding quality and/or specification or cancel the Order and provide a refund, at our discretion.

Delivery fee

We charge delivery fee of only €5 + VAT for Orders up to €25 and free delivery on Orders above this value delivered in Malta and Gozo.

Delivery

We will arrange delivery of the Goods you order to the delivery address you provide us with at the time the Order is placed.

 

We attempt to dispatch all Orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If there are any delays, we will try to keep you up to date on the situation. 

 

If we are out of stock of certain Goods, we will not dispatch the Order but we endeavour to keep you informed. If however, it would be preferable to receive part of the delivery we can arrange this. As a business we are attempting to reduce our carbon footprint and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It is always your decision. If delivery is overdue by more than 28 days, we will always give you the choice of receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made.

 

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations then www.lucelitemalta.com will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by for the Goods.

Back Orders

If you purchase Goods which are out of stock, we can order them in for you. We will also give you the choice to obtain a full refund if you would prefer.

Tax Charges

All product prices include VAT at the standard rate of 18%.

No Returns are accepted

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any kind. We understand that this is inconvenient so please make sure to contact us for help with selecting the item and price so that you are not stuck with something you don’t want. Of course if your item arrives broken or damaged we will replace the item or part free of charge.

We use this information to fulfil the order you placed and if there are any issues, to get in touch with you about the order.

Product Specifications

While we always try to supply as many product details and as much application information as we can, it is impossible for us to consider every likely use of the Goods. It is your responsibility to make sure that the Goods you have purchased are suitable for the use you wish to make of them.

Please be aware that it is nearly impossible to reproduce exact colours and finishes on a website or on printed material, and you shouldn’t rely too heavily on the pictures we have provided for exact colour matches.

Complaints

We endeavour to handle any complaints in a proper and timely way. Complaints should be addressed in writing to the company at the address supplied on our Site or by sending an email to lucelitemalta@gmail.com and addressed to The Director. You will receive a reply to the complaint within five working days of receipt.

Indemnity

Customers and other users of the Site agree to indemnify the company against any claims, direct, indirect or consequential damage, expense or loss that may be caused as an indirect or direct result of the use of our Site and any computer software or information contained therein or by your access to other web sites as a result of links from this site. Liability

Force Majeure

www.lucelitemalta.com shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, war, natural disasters, riots, lock-outs, disease or fire.

Law

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in force subject to such modification as may be necessary to achieve as nearly as possible the objectives of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
